What the G funding rate says now

Funding is negative (-0.8700% per 8 hours): shorts pay longs. Leveraged sellers dominate — a crowded short can be squeezed upward.

Across exchanges funding ranges by 0.0996%: highest on kucoin, lowest on bitget. One exchange alone would show you only part of this picture.

G open interest and liquidations

Open interest across exchanges is $7.1M (+145.7% in 24 hours). Over the last 24 hours $198K of longs and $102K of shorts were liquidated. Rising open interest with price means new positions are joining the move; falling open interest means positions are closing.

G order book depth

Within ±1% of the price there are $4300.00B of bids and $5350.00B of asks summed across all exchanges. Large walls and liquidation clusters are visible in the aggregated order book and on the chart.

Why one number for all exchanges
