What the TAO funding rate says now

Funding is negative (-0.0021% per 8 hours): shorts pay longs. Leveraged sellers dominate — a crowded short can be squeezed upward.

Across exchanges funding ranges by 0.0180%: highest on gate, lowest on bybit. One exchange alone would show you only part of this picture.

TAO open interest and liquidations

Open interest across exchanges is $328.5M (-5.6% in 24 hours). Over the last 24 hours $1.3M of longs and $18K of shorts were liquidated. Rising open interest with price means new positions are joining the move; falling open interest means positions are closing.

TAO order book depth

Within ±1% of the price there are $8.9M of bids and $8.1M of asks summed across all exchanges. Large walls and liquidation clusters are visible in the aggregated order book and on the chart.
