RSR open interest and liquidations

Open interest across exchanges is $17.5M (+57.3% in 24 hours). Over the last 24 hours $294K of longs and $168K of shorts were liquidated. Rising open interest with price means new positions are joining the move; falling open interest means positions are closing.
