What the COW funding rate says now

Funding is negative (-1.3777% per 8 hours): shorts pay longs. Leveraged sellers dominate — a crowded short can be squeezed upward.

Across exchanges funding ranges by 0.3322%: highest on bitget, lowest on bybit. One exchange alone would show you only part of this picture.

COW open interest and liquidations

Open interest across exchanges is $7.4M (+196.2% in 24 hours). Over the last 24 hours $286K of longs and $213K of shorts were liquidated. Rising open interest with price means new positions are joining the move; falling open interest means positions are closing.

COW order book depth

Within ±1% of the price there are $40.5M of bids and $37.8M of asks summed across all exchanges. Large walls and liquidation clusters are visible in the aggregated order book and on the chart.

Why one number for all exchanges
