What the INIT funding rate says now

Funding is negative (-0.0965% per 8 hours): shorts pay longs. Leveraged sellers dominate — a crowded short can be squeezed upward.

Across exchanges funding ranges by 0.2126%: highest on gate, lowest on kucoin. One exchange alone would show you only part of this picture.

INIT open interest and liquidations

Open interest across exchanges is $30.1M (+67.7% in 24 hours). Over the last 24 hours $216K of longs and $500K of shorts were liquidated. Rising open interest with price means new positions are joining the move; falling open interest means positions are closing.

INIT order book depth
